Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas

Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas are weeknight dinner done right — bold flavors, minimal prep, and everything cooked on one pan. Flank steak, peppers, and onions roast together until tender with just enough char, creating that classic fajita flavor without standing over the stove.

This recipe is perfect for feeding a crowd or letting everyone build their own plate. Tuck it into warm tortillas, squeeze on some lime, and dinner is served with very little cleanup and lots of flavor.
