Chicken Cordon Bleu Noodle Casserole
🛒 Ingredients
12 oz wide egg noodles
3 cups cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
2 cups diced ham
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
Sauce:
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
Topping:
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers (or breadcrumbs)
4 tbsp butter (melted)
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
👩🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Cook noodles
Boil egg noodles to just al dente
Drain and set aside
Make the sauce
In a bowl, mix:
cream of chicken soup
milk
sour cream
Dijon mustard
garlic powder + pepper
Mix it all together
In a large bowl combine:
noodles
chicken
ham
1½ cups Swiss cheese
sauce
Stir until everything is coated
Assemble
Pour into greased 9x13 dish
Sprinkle remaining Swiss cheese on top
Add topping
Mix crackers + melted butter + Parmesan
Sprinkle evenly over casserole
Bake
30–35 minutes until hot, bubbly, and golden
