About Us
At Leeper Meats our cattle enjoy a diet carefully curated for their health and well-being. They graze freely on our lush pastures, feeding on nutrient-rich grasses. As they near maturity, we supplement their diet with grain sourced from crops grown right here on the farm. This combination of grass-fed and grain-finished feeding ensures our cattle receive a balanced diet, resulting in tender, well-marbled, flavorful beef that reflects our commitment to quality and sustainability.

Our beef undergoes a dry-aging process lasting 21-28 days, a technique that enhances its flavor and tenderness in two significant ways. First, as moisture is expelled during aging, it's then redistributed within the steak, enriching its flavor profile and tenderizing the meat. Second, dry aging imparts a distinctive richness and density, resulting in a uniquely robust and beefy flavor that sets our beef apart.

Our cattle are processed here in the Laurel Highland's at a USDA-inspected facility.

While we're not certified organic, we hold firm to the belief knowing your farmer and rancher is paramount, transcending any certification. Our cattle are raised to standards that exceed traditional certifications, freely grazing on outdoor pastures that embody our commitment to sustainable practices. We welcome you to join us on our journey and explore life on the farm through our Facebook, TikTok, and by signing up for our newsletter.

Leeper Meats exists to bring families together through high-quality, farm-raised beef. Rooted in our belief of ‘families feeding families,’ we are committed to transparency, sustainable practices, and providing our community with beef they can trust—from our family farm to your table.

Who We Are

Located on our family farm in the beautiful Laurel Highlands of Pennsylvania—just minutes from PA Turnpike Exit 91—our shop is dedicated to providing premium-quality meats.
We understand the growing desire to know where your food comes from, how it’s raised, and who’s behind it. We’re proud to be part of that connection.
For years, our family has been blessed to serve our own home-grown beef around the dinner table. In 2017, we decided to extend that same opportunity to other families. While bulk options like quarters, halves, and whole beef work well for some, we know that not everyone has the space or budget for large quantities.
That’s why Leeper Meats was started—so anyone can step onto our farm and purchase premium beef, whether it’s a single cut for dinner or a freezer full.
Our cattle are raised right here in the Laurel Highlands using sustainable practices, with no added hormones, antibiotics, dyes, or preservatives. Each animal is dry-aged for exceptional tenderness and flavor, then minimally processed and vacuum-sealed to ensure freshness and long freezer life.
We believe strongly in buying and supporting local. Alongside our beef, you’ll find a carefully selected variety of locally made products, including syrup, honey, seasonings, sauces, soups, coffee, candles, soaps, and more.
We also love sharing our story. Through our website and social media, we invite you to follow along as we share farm life, food, and family—mixing a little education with a little laughter along the way.
Whether you visit us in person or connect with us online, you’re always welcome here.
