Fajita Ground Beef Skillet Bowl
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
3 bell peppers (any colors, sliced)
1 onion (sliced)
2–3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 packet fajita seasoning or homemade 👇🏻
Salt + pepper
Juice of 1 lime
Optional for bowls:
Rice or cauliflower rice
Avocado
Sour cream or Greek yogurt
Shredded cheese
Instructions:
Brown ground beef → drain if needed
Remove beef and set aside
In same pan, add oil + peppers + onions
Cook until slightly soft but still have some bite
Add garlic + fajita seasoning (recipe 👇🏻)
Add beef back in + squeeze lime juice
Stir and cook 2–3 more minutes
