SLOW COOKER CRACK CHICKEN

SLOW COOKER CRACK CHICKEN


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs 900g boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 8 oz 225g cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup 120ml chicken broth

  • 1 packet 1 oz / 28g ranch seasoning mix

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 cup 100g shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup 75g cooked and crumbled bacon

  • 2 –3 green onions sliced (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Prepare the Slow Cooker

  • Lightly grease the slow cooker with non-stick spray or a small amount of butter.

  • Layer the Ingredients

  • Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.

  • Sprinkle ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the chicken.

  • Pour chicken broth over the chicken.

  • Place cream cheese blocks on top of the chicken.
