SLOW COOKER CRACK CHICKEN
Ingredients
2 lbs 900g boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 oz 225g cream cheese, softened
½ cup 120ml chicken broth
1 packet 1 oz / 28g ranch seasoning mix
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 cup 100g shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup 75g cooked and crumbled bacon
2 –3 green onions sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
Prepare the Slow Cooker
Lightly grease the slow cooker with non-stick spray or a small amount of butter.
Layer the Ingredients
Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Sprinkle ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
Pour chicken broth over the chicken.
Place cream cheese blocks on top of the chicken.
