When deposit made, your place on schedule is secured. We will notify you of approx. delivery week.

1/4 includes approx 150-175lbs of in your freezer meat, including, but not limited to the following (all weight listed below is approx based on you choosing standard cuts, boneless vs bone-in will vary):
Approx 50-70lbs ground beef +\- (based on size of animal and selected cuts).
Roasts and steaks (if you choose the basic cuts this is what you typically get):
6-8 ribeye (bone-in) OR Delmonico(boneless),
6-8 Strip steak OR t-bone, (this quantities based in thickness requested).
4 filet mignon,
3-5 sirloin steaks,
5-6 cubed steaks OR 1 roast,
2 flat iron steaks,
2-3 Denver steaks,
3-4 Chuck filet steaks,
2-3lbs short ribs,
2 skirt steak,
1 each roast: arm/shoulder, chuck, rump, sirloin tip,
1-2 top round roast OR chipped steak. (Other steak cuts and stew/kabobs $1/lb additional).
Other possibilities include- 1/2 brisket, and flank OR tri-tip.
