Current cost per lb as of 2/1/24–

$5/lb hanging weight

Our avg hang weight for a half beef is 450lbs +/-. Price includes vacuum wrapping and standard cuts. Our cut order form will be emailed to you for completion.

When deposit made, your place on schedule is secured. We will notify you of approx. delivery week when deposit is made.

Balance due at delivery in cash, certified check or credit card (3.5% fee applies to card purchases)

Custom or bulk order:

Price per lb is based on the hanging weight and includes clear, vacuuming wrapping on standard cuts.

You choose your preferred cuts on a whole, 1/2, & 1/4. Approx cuts listed below. Allow 3-6 week delivery, including 21-28 days for our dry-aging process. *Must get a quote

1/2includes approx 230-250lbs of in your freezer meat, including, but not limited to the following (all weight listed below is approx based on you choosing standard cuts, boneless vs bone-in will vary):

Approx 100lbs ground beef +\- depending on your selected roasts/steaks

Roasts and steaks (if you choose the basic cuts this is what you typically get): 12 ribeye or Delmonico, 12New York Strip or t-bone/porterhouse), 8-10 filet, 4-6 sirloin steaks, 10-12eye of round steaks or 2 roasts, 4-6 flat iron & Denver steaks, 5-6 lbs short ribs, 2 skirt steak,

2 each roast: chuck, rump, sirloin tip,

2-3 each roast: arm/shoulder, top round. (Other steak cuts and stew/chipped/cubed meat available at additional cost).

A half also includes the option for brisket, flank, tri-tip.

We will ask if you prefer to have more roasts/steaks or ground beef and we adjust accordingly.

To secure your order a deposit of $250 per quarter is required. If you choose to pay by check, please mail to 635 County Line Road, Acme Pa 15610. If you’d like to use credit card, a 3.25% processing fee will be added. Balance due at time of delivery in cash or cashiers check or credit/debit card, no personal checks accepted on final balance unless received 2 weeks prior to delivery.
