Raised here on our farm and dry-aged for a premium, steakhouse-quality cut, our Prime Rib Roast is savory, fine-textured, and beautifully marbled.

A classic holiday centerpiece, Prime Rib is available by special order during the holiday season and may also be special ordered throughout the rest of the year when available.

Available Sizes

• 3-Rib Roast — approximately 6–8 lbs. | serves approximately 4–6

• 4-Rib Roast — approximately 9–14 lbs. | serves approximately 6–8

• 7-Rib Roast — approximately 15–18 lbs. | serves approximately 10–12

Serving estimates are based on approximately 1-inch slices.

The bone is tied back onto all Prime Rib Roasts.

Because these roasts are cut from whole animals, weights may vary.

Early Order Price: $28.99/lb.

Place your Prime Rib order by November 1 and receive our special early-order price of $28.99/lb.

Beginning November 2, Prime Rib Roasts will be $32.99/lb.

The final Christmas Prime Rib ordering deadline is December 1 or until our available supply is sold out, whichever comes first.

A deposit is required when ordering, with the remaining balance due at pickup.
