28-30lbs ground beef
2-3 roasts
2-3lbs chipped steak

2-4 cubed steaks
4-5 chuck steaks(denver, flat iron, chuck filet)
3-4 NY strip
2-3 Delmonico
2-3 sirloin
2 filet
4-5lbs misc cuts (may include short ribs, brisket, skirt, additional beef tips)
